Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Conditions:
To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition—this means unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Intimate wear (including bras and underwear) and swimwear
Customized or made-to-order items
Gift cards (physical or digital)
Products marked as “Final Sale”
Step 1 – Contact Us:
Reach out to us at [email protected] or use the return form on our website. Make sure to include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for your return.
Step 2 – Authorization:
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Code and instructions on how to send your item back.
Step 3 – Send It Back:
Package your return securely using the original packaging. Be sure to include the return code and send it to the return address we provide.
Note: Unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any delivery issues.
Refund Processing:
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original form of payment.
Timeline:
Please allow 3 to 15 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to reflect in your account. Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
If a return is received in a condition that doesn’t meet our return standards (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, or packaging), we may issue only a partial refund.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]. Attach your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve it quickly—with a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping in these cases.
